|Abandoned Restaurant Los Angeles
||[Aug. 3rd, 2010|12:45 pm]
Hi I'm looking for an abandoned restaurant/diner in which to do a theatrical performance. Anyone know of anything?|
Please let me know.
On Fairfax and Wilshire in LA, Johnnie's Dines.
Not really abandoned, per se, but maybe what you're looking for.
If I remember correctly that is one of those spots that is a managed property "available for filming" or whatever they call it. You couldn't really sneak in for gorilla filming.
I vaguely remember a restaurant ubiquitously called "Restaurant" up the 5 around Bakersfield that was abandoned. But that was several years ago and I can't remember the specific location nor do I know it's current state.
It's hard to sneak gorillas in most places these days.
(Sorry, having a Captain Ron moment. ^_~)

No, not homophones.
You meant guerrilla, and are an idiot.
Guerrilla and gorilla are homophones
, so yes, homophones. Not an idiot. Just making fun of my own mistake. Perhaps you should have looked up what a homophone was
before you started insulting other people's intelligence.
It's the internet. It takes half a second and though it requires only marginal intelligence it's unsurpassed in aborting comments you might regret later. Good thing you decided to insult me from the safety of internet anonymity. You can't undo that comment, but at least you were able to revile me without taking any responsibility for it.
