Abandoned buildings in the San Fernando Valley (specifically Burbank/Glendale?)

Hi I just stumbled upon this group & would love to know if anyone knows easily accessible abandoned buildings in the SF Valley, specifically Burbank, Glendale or NoHo, for a photo shoot. Any & all ideas are welcome... thanks in advance!!!
